Annual Meeting and Voting Deadline
Leave a CommentThe 2025 Annual meeting will be Friday November 7th. Voting is intended to be in person only. There are two Board of Director positions on the election ballot this year. If there is a reason that a member can not vote in person, then a mail in ballot can be requested. Requests for mail in ballot must be received by the 2nd Vice President by September 15th. The board will review the requests at the Board meeting on September 17th and decide if the requests are approved, or not. Requests for mail in ballots must have a valid reason stated with the request. Approved mail in ballots will be mailed out by September 30th.
